SERVICES :
 

1. Onhire/Offhire Bunker Survey
The bunker survey is required in order to calculate the exact amount of bunkers on board at the time vessel’s delivery/redelivery. The vessel is delivered by the owner to the charterer in case of On-hire. In case of redelivery, the vessel is redelivered by charterer to the owner by the end of the chartering.


2. Conditions Survey
The condition survey is inspection of vessel’s holds, main deck, cargo working areas and external shell plating. It is performed in order to identify any damages present prior to the vessel going on/off hire. The holds cleanliness conditions survey is conducted to ensure the cargo holds condition before loading ascertaining whether the holds are ready to load the nominated cargo or not. This survey cover cargo gear conditions and marine growth at hull if any.
 

3. Draft Survey
The draft survey is a technique based on Archimedes’s principle to calculate the weight of cargo loaded or unloaded to or from a ship from measurements of changes in its displacement.
 

4. 221B Survey or Bunker Detective Survey
221B survey are carried out on behalf of the charterers to find concealed or hidden bunker fuel onboard. To prevent the loss of bunker fuel, providing a detailed bunker survey report highlighting and assuring the not declared fuel on board. At the present market price of fuel oil and LSMGO, the bunker cost is an important part of time charterer expenses. For this reason, Chief Engineer and or bunker barge malpractices must be controlled by charterers and owners.
 

5. Preloading Survey
All those to whom the bill of lading is transferred normally rely on that statement to form a view on the condition of the cargo at the time of loading. This is especially important for buyers and receivers of cargo. Preloading survey can prevent huge claims to the company or make it much easier to defend claims. It is int the interest of the company’s P&I Club to notify the Club via the company insurance department.
 

6. Prepurchase Survey
Prepurchase inspection is a survey thorough inspection of the vessel’s structural and watertight integrity, system’s installation, and operating control as well as performance includes an equipment list, specifications and detailed list of deficiencies and recommendations.
 

7. Damage Survey / Investigating Survey
Investigate the extent of damage, cause of damage, etc. The party to whom the claim is made may be an insurer, shipper, carrier, etc. The report presents information on the probable causes of the damage, recommendations on repairs and estimates the cost for such work.

9. Cargo Survey
To measure and calculate the cargos volume for freight payment and stowage purposed and to verify its condition by recording all visible damage before shipment or at the warehouse or dock for insurance purposes.
 

10. Tally Survey
The way to determine quantity of piece goods while discharging or loading to assure all parties that the quantity specifications and feature are as outlines in the documentations.
 

11. Lashing Survey
To inspect and check the lashing material and lashing on truck and container and in the ship bunker, to make recommendations to fix the impropriety if any and to issue lashing approval certificate for proper lashing.
