  2. Condition/Damage: To inspect the container damage. Condition of container -Cause of damaged of machinery malfunction (reefer container) Repair or not
  3. On/Off Hire: To inspect the condition of container before/after hiring
  4. Stuffing: To inspect the goods during stuffing/unstuffing. Quality of Goods Marks & Number on Packing

    Un Stuffing: To inspect the goods during unstuffing
    a. Dry container
    – Seal condition
    – Quantity of goods before and during unstuffing
    – Marks and number Condition of goods/packing
    b. Reefer container
    – Temperature, ventilation and humidity setting
    – Temperature record sheet/partlow
    – Seal condition
  5. Pre Shipment: To inspect the goods before shipment
    a. Dry container
    – Condition of container (acceptable or not)
    – Quantity of goods
    – Marks and number on the packing
    – Condition of goods/packing
    – Measuring/weighing (if requested)
    – Sampling (if requested)
    – Moister contents (coffee, cocoa, charcoal atc.)
    – Moister contents of container floor
    b. Reefer Container
    – Condition of container and machinery (acceptable or not)
    – Quantity of goods
    – Marks and number on packing
    – Pulp temperature of goods
    – Condition of goods/packing
    – Goods measuring/weighing (if requested)
    – Measuring of the occupied space (if requested)
    – Sampling (if requested).
    – Temperature monitoring (pre cooling up to loading on board)
    – Seal condition
    – Temperature, ventilation and humidity setting
    – Oxygen, carbon dioxide, and nitrogen level (CA Container)
